Holidays are fast approaching - what's going to happen to my diet?

So much going on! The Christmas season is fast approaching and the shopping has begun! Is it just me, or does it seem to get earlier each year? And as we approach the Holidays, we all start worrying, "will I eat too much?" I know I ask “how much weight will I gain THIS year?”
